That's Mr. Peepers, isn't it?
And if so, I do a pretty good Mr. Peepers imitation, or at least that's what I try to convince the police of during my late night neighborhood vigilante walk abouts!
Blarr, harr, hardy harr harr!
Mr. Peepers was Wally Cox, another nebbish-type with glasses. Wally was a regular on the classic Hollywood Squares.
Arnold Stang, on the other hand, was the voice of Top Cat and appeared in "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World" as the gas station attendant with the big glove on (he'd broken his hand just before shooting began).
